Leasing Consultant

1515 Surf Apartments (LCOR) is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join our team at our brand new 463-unit mixed-use high-rise community in Coney Island, Brooklyn, New York.

Responsibilities

• Touring prospective residents throughout each building and leasing apartments.
• Answering leasing calls and responding to online inquiries.
• Processing applications, preparing lease paperwork, and generating weekly/monthly reports.
• Resolving resident issues or concerns.
• Coordinating and following up on maintenance requests for residents.
• Marketing the community through online advertisements, corporate outreach, and social media.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in sales and customer service.
• Experience with high-rise lease-up is preferred.
• Knowledge of Yardi Software is a plus.
• Working knowledge of LRO is a plus.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Must be available to work most weekends (with 2 days off during the week).
• Must be available to work during inclement weather.
