About the Role

Polymarket's Growth team moves fast and runs lean. This role sits inside our affiliate program and owns the capper network end-to-end—a group of roughly 100 pick-focused sports creators who drive real depositor volume to the platform. The mandate is straightforward: grow the capper network and optimize it until it is consistently driving 10% of new depositors in any given week. This requires finding the right creators, onboarding them, keeping them compliant, and ensuring their content effectively converts.

The capper space moves at the speed of the sports calendar. Games happen every day, creators post constantly, and the line between good promotional content and a compliance problem is thin. We need someone who already understands this world, has existing relationships within it, and can manage a high volume of partners without letting details slip through the cracks.

What You'll Do

• Prospect, vet, and recruit new pick-focused sports creators to expand the capper network beyond its current 100 partners.
• Own day-to-day communication with affiliate partners, answering questions, sharing assets, and keeping creators active and producing content.
• Enforce compliance standards consistently across the entire network, reviewing content and flagging or removing partners who fall out of line.
• Track creator-level traffic and depositor data weekly to identify top performers, underperformers, and gaps in the roster.
• Write punchy, compliant scripts and video concepts that creators can use to promote Polymarket in ways that actually convert.
• Run outreach campaigns targeting specific sports communities, betting forums, and social platforms where pick creators are already building audiences.
• Report on program performance to the Growth team and provide clear recommendations on where to invest more resources and where to reduce focus.

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing an influencer or affiliate program, including recruiting, onboarding, and ongoing partner management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of relationships simultaneously without sacrificing quality.
• Real familiarity with sports betting content, picks culture, and the online communities where this content resides (e.g., Reddit, X, YouTube, TikTok, Discord).
• Comfort reading and acting on performance data—depositor counts, click-through rates, conversion by creator—without needing someone to interpret it for you.
• Strong written communication skills; the ability to draft a creator brief, a compliance note, and a recruiting pitch within the same afternoon.
• An existing network of sports creators or picks-focused influencers that can be leveraged immediately.
• (Plus) Background in performance or affiliate marketing analytics, including experience with tracking platforms and attribution tools.
• (Plus) Experience writing or reviewing compliant promotional scripts for regulated or semi-regulated content categories.

Pay Transparency

Base salary range: $110,000 to $130,000 annually, plus equity and benefits.
