About the Job

• Collaborate with other interns and Synpulse consultants to create a change management deck and marketing materials that serve as talking points for potential clients.
• Present key findings and recommendations to senior management and partners.
• Support the management team and colleagues with ad hoc business development tasks.
• Perform ad hoc projects as required.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an undergraduate degree program, ideally in the third or final year.
• Prior internship experience in banking or consulting is a plus but not required.
• Eagerness to learn and work with various lines of business within Synpulse.
• Ability to quickly understand complex situations and lead and direct analytical processes.
• Highly analytical, with a structured approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills with clients and colleagues.
