Case Analyst

Binance is seeking a Case Analyst to support our expansion across global frontiers and provide support for engagement with law enforcement agencies.

Responsibilities

• Handle and review all forms of global law enforcement inquiries.
• Perform blockchain tracing and preliminary investigations into unusual activities.
• Assist with pre-SAR filing mitigating controls and client offboarding.
• Participate in internal and external training programs related to AML/CFT and other subjects relevant to day-to-day work.
• Liaise with stakeholders to facilitate knowledge sharing.
• Perform general administration and related activities required and aligned with the functions above and business needs.

Requirements

• At least 1–2 years of directly related experience in a compliance role and/or a regulatory-facing role, with substantial knowledge of relevant rules, regulations, and day-to-day compliance affairs.
• Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills, systematic approach, and logical thinking.
• Team player with a proactive, ambitious, and user-focused attitude.
• Strong sense of accountability and ownership over the law enforcement engagement process.
• Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure and stress.
• Detail-oriented with a strong controls mindset and time management skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Nice to have: Knowledge of provisions of local laws, directives, regulations, and other standards applicable to relevant subject persons, and awareness of upcoming regulation of virtual currency policies.
• Nice to have: Familiarity with blockchain analytics, using existing tools or manually tracking funds effectively using relevant block explorers.
