Your Job

• Perform 12-hour shift duties to support silicon wafer production in the module and ensure process integrity for machines in a 300mm fab.
• Assist Engineers in qualification and fine-tuning of production processes.
• Troubleshoot process-related issues and minimize downtime.
• Monitor and improve the qualified process using SPC and other statistical tools.
• Coordinate with specialists to ensure efficient work and adherence to SOPs to meet module objectives.
• Assist in implementing process improvement projects. Participate in QIT programs to improve productivity and output quality. Collaborate with QA on internal audits.
• Maintain good housekeeping in the production area and ensure safety practices and safe custody of tools, equipment, and other module assets.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics and Microelectronics Engineering
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred
• Ability to perform 12-hour rotating shifts
• Good teamwork and collaboration skills
