Responsibilities

Our Sales Development Representatives partner with the Sales and Success Account Teams to build sales pipeline while ensuring a delightful customer experience. You will report to a Sales Development Manager.

What you'll do

  • Accountable for meeting setting, outbound prospecting, conversion, quota, and activity metrics.
  • Navigate objections through value-driven messaging.
  • Write relevant emails and use video prospecting to drive value for our customers.
  • Build the pipeline in partnership with Sales and Success Account Teams.
  • Work within SFDC, Gong, Outreach, and LinkedIn Navigator.

  • Experience: Previous SDR experience is not required. We welcome candidates who are passionate about starting their sales careers or transitioning into software sales.

Compensation

At Atlassian, we design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. The baseline is higher than the typical market range to attract strong candidates, with base pay determined by skills, expertise, or experience.

In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, the current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:

  • Zone A: $63,900 - $83,425
  • Zone B: $57,600 - $75,200
  • Zone C: $53,100 - $69,325
