Quality Executive, Facilities Management Centre

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Quality Management in the area of QA and QC for the selected program.
• Conduct scheduled independent Quality Assurance and Control audit checks on completed work and services in the selected program.
• Prepare and submit timely Quality Assurance and Control audit reports from documentation and site checks.
• Track and close Correction Actions and Preventive Actions in the audit reports, highlighting Red Flag and Systemic Issues for timely attention and intervention.
• Support external audits at the selected program according to contract requirements.
• Report directly to the QA Manager on Quality Management, Assurance and Control matters.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum recognized Diploma in Facilities Management / Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical / WSH or equivalent.
• Experience in Facilities Management, Quality Management System, ISO and WSH.
• 1 year of relevant working experience in areas of Facilities Management, Building, Engineering, WSH or Quality Management.
