Who You Are

We are looking for an entry-level individual to join our New York Operations team. You should be hungry for knowledge and a quick learner to effectively and efficiently assist in end-to-end support for all trading and investment operations. You should have the ability to work independently, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a desire to own issues and see them through to resolution.

What You’ll Do

• Provide full support to Galaxy Digital’s trading and investment operations
• Work in a fast-paced trading environment with daily interaction across multiple business units (Trading, Operations, Finance, Engineering)
• Manage all aspects of OTC trade capture, reporting, and settlement
• Ensure operational processes are fully documented, tested, and adequately supported
• Identify operational control gaps and suggest process improvements
• Respond to inquiries from counterparties, custodians, and brokers
• Daily trade, position, and cash reconciliations
• Embrace and champion the thoughtful adoption of AI to improve team performance and business outcomes
• Leverage AI tools (e.g., generative AI, automation platforms, data copilots) to improve productivity, decision-making, and output quality in day-to-day work

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in Operations with products, systems, and technology
• Quick learner, hardworking, results driven, responsible; an outgoing individual with a strong work ethic
• Self-motivated and proactive with the proven ability to work accurately and under pressure to meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills within a team environment and across departments
• An interest in cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology

Compensation

The base salary range below will be commensurate with candidate experience, expertise, and local market. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate experience and expertise. At Galaxy, we maintain a total compensation philosophy consisting of a competitive base salary, annual bonus, and equity incentives.

Base Salary Range: $100,000 — $110,000 USD
