As a Product Analyst in the Alternative Lending Product Operations team, you will support multiple lending products across controls, production incident management, data corrections, and product remediation. You'll also play a key role in operational readiness as new products prepare to launch, partnering with teams across the business to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage the investigation, reporting, and remediation of controls exceptions to maintain product integrity and compliance.
- Support Voice of the Customer channels by investigating escalations, complaints, and agent feedback, and updating training documentation as needed.
- Partner with general management, strategy, and training teams to create and maintain machine-readable documents that enable employees to effectively support our products.
- Collaborate with the Assisted Servicing Product team to deliver user stories and prepare products for launch.
- Build and manage key relationships with stakeholders across Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, Legal, and Compliance.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 1 year of experience in digital product management, financial services, technology, or project management.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong reasoning, organizational, and presentation abilities.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Familiarity with controls investigation techniques and methodologies.
- Experience supporting and delivering products to market.
- Experience with lending products and/or servicing operations.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
