Your role as a leader

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years PQE Singapore qualified lawyer, preferably with relevant experience in handling general corporate, commercial, and fund matters including but not limited to corporate restructuring, mergers & acquisitions, and fund documentation.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Possessed excellent drafting, communication, and IT skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Meticulous, driven, able to work under pressure, well organized, and takes initiative.
