Management Trainee

Overview

Logitech is the Sweet Spot for people who want their actions to have a positive global impact while having the flexibility to do it in their own way. Logitech is seeking a high-potential Management Trainee to join our Hong Kong team. This role offers an immersive experience in the Hong Kong market with a unique regional lens, providing essential support for Taiwan marketing initiatives. Unlike traditional internships, you will sign an official contract upon joining. Following a comprehensive rotation across the business and a final performance evaluation, you will transition into a permanent marketing or sales role, becoming an official pillar of the Logitech team.

Program details

• To build a comprehensive understanding of our business ecosystem, you will rotate through multi-departmental teams and core business operations including, but not limited to:
• Brand & Category Marketing, Social & Digital Communication, Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) & Channel Marketing, Core Business Operations.
• After the interview, the contract is signed directly and the program starts, and after graduation, you will become an official Logitech employee.
• The final working department will be decided after performance evaluation.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above, no major preference
• Curiosity for new things, passion to become a Marketing/Sales Expert
• Good written and oral English, skilled in Office software
• Detail oriented, down to earth, teamwork and certain organizational leadership
• Passion to Win
• Excellent learning ability, analysis skills, good at communication, negotiation and problem solving
• IT, FMCG or technology industry, or market-related internships/work experience is preferred
