About this role

Our Aladdin Client Experience team strives to offer outstanding service. As the first contact point for many of our clients, Client Success Specialists assist clients with inquiries and issues, using product knowledge and problem-solving skills. Client Success Specialists play a key role in helping clients get the most out of Aladdin; they provide exceptional support by resolving complex issues, handling inquiries, and collaborating with partners. We are united through a common zeal for overcoming hurdles, consistently growing our understanding, and guaranteeing our clients feel supported and empowered at every stage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver impactful client service: As the initial contact person for our clients, you will interact with them via ServiceNow, email, and telephone. Your core responsibility is to guide clients in effectively using Aladdin. Your focus lies in building client confidence, providing support, and empowering them to manage their businesses. This role enhances your technical, industry, and interpersonal proficiencies.
  • Solve problems through technology: Apply and grow your technical skills in SQL and UNIX (we’ll teach you) to diagnose issues, provide solutions, and support clients.
  • Provide insights through proactive education: Study data and collaborate with clients and engineers to prevent and address issues promptly.
  • Be a student every day: We foster a culture of ongoing learning. Expand your insight into our clients, their organizations, and our product to elevate service quality.

Required Experience

This is an entry-level role where you’ll need to have:

  • A demonstrated curiosity in the intersection of finance and technology
  • Previous experience in a client- or customer-facing environment, with a focus on delivering excellent service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to navigate complex or sensitive situations, listen actively, and respond with empathy and professionalism
  • Eagerness to explore new technologies and adeptness in promptly implementing newfound knowledge
  • Proficient in managing various tasks simultaneously, with strong organization and problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to work independently and in a team
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Enthusiasm for learning in a fast-paced, evolving environment
