Our internship provides exposure and training across the MSCI business with an emphasis on your development. You will be constantly learning and well connected to our senior leaders. Intern Experience
Your internship begins with an MSCI Orientation which gives you a foundation for the weeks ahead as you learn about our culture, values, and business model. Your learning continues on-the-desk as you work through live projects and gain first-hand experience of how all teams at MSCI play a role in creating solutions for our clients. You will have a network of talented and approachable colleagues who will support you through every stage of the program.
Responsibilities
Client Coverage
- Internship positions available across our Client Coverage organization.
- As an intern you will work on a specific, meaningful project, supporting our Sales or Consultants teams.
- The experience could involve helping with pre-sales tasks, conducting market research, and supporting proactive management of client relationships to ensure the best use of our products in the context of the clients’ investment goals, with a high level of client satisfaction.
- During the selection process, we will discuss the different business areas within Client Coverage and assess which would be most appropriate for you to join if you are successful.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in an undergraduate program in a relevant degree subject, e.g., business, economics, finance.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Intellectual curiosity and a passion for excellence.
- Entrepreneurial spirit to navigate hurdles and develop new business.
- High attention to detail and a good team player.
- Strong analytical, data-driven, and problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex issues.
- Ability to prioritize effectively and work under time constraints.
