APAC Marketing Intern

Responsibilities

  • Support the APAC Public Relations team to execute media activity plans to build and protect MSCI's reputation in the APAC region.
  • Assist with sourcing media interviews, byline placements, media briefings, and media relations opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the wider Marketing team to ensure a holistic approach with well-coordinated PR, social media, web, events, and email campaigns where appropriate.
  • Track and report on media coverage.
  • Maintain the PR calendar and spokesperson database.
  • Liaise with vendors including PR agencies, translation houses, and multimedia firms.
  • Translate English material to Chinese and vice versa.
  • Provide other administrative support on relevant duties.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
  • Fluency in English and Chinese (written and spoken), in both daily and business contexts.
  • Strong interest in communications, marketing, and financial markets.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.
  • A collaborative mindset with a keen interest in learning and contributing to team success.
