EMEIA Commissions Analyst - 14 month fixed term parental leave cover

You will join the Sales Finance team, supporting commercial and financial activities for approximately 120 employees across four hub locations in EMEIA (Europe, Middle East, India and Africa).

Role and Team

You will become an analyst on the commissions team within FC&A (Financial Control & Analytics) in EMEIA Sales Finance. The team emphasizes collaboration, knowledge sharing, and driving the right course of action through clear communication and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, build, and maintain the quarterly target process alongside another analyst.
• Map commission plans and territory targets; liaise with regional business analysts and WW teams.
• Analyze and present quarterly target and business attainment; provide recommendations to senior executives for commissions treatment.
• Enhance the existing commissions process for EMEIA Sales Finance; collaborate with the EMEIA PART team to automate stages of the process for efficiency.
• Participate in testing and roll-out of new tools being deployed globally for commissions.

Minimum Qualifications

• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.
• Proven Excel experience; comfortable working with large data sets to visualize findings.
• Highly analytical with the ability to offer data-driven solutions and recommendations.
• Strong presentation skills and the ability to tell a structured story.
• Degree-level education.

Preferred Qualifications

• Innovative, team-based player with a forward-thinking approach to operational improvements.
• Experience with AI-driven technologies and an advantage for improving the commissions process.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English; knowledge of an additional language is an advantage.
• Accountancy qualification preferred.
