Responsibilities

• Help with daily tasks and assist the equipment engineer
• Work on AI projects — assist in developing AI models to analyze wirebond equipment data
• Observe and assist in machine setup, conversion, and qualification activities
• Assist with equipment performance trending and reliability tracking
• Support preparation of management or internal review presentations
• Willingness to work in a cleanroom manufacturing environment
• Good teamwork with engineers, technicians, and vendors
