Intern Experience

Your internship begins with an MSCI Orientation, which lays the foundation for the weeks ahead as you learn about our culture, values, and business model. Learning continues on-the-desk as you work through live projects and gain first-hand experience of how all teams at MSCI support the creation of client solutions. You will have a network of talented and approachable colleagues who will support you through every stage of the program.

Your Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities (Client Coverage)

• Internship positions are available across our Client Coverage organization.
• As an intern you will work on a specific, meaningful project, supporting our Sales or Consultants teams.
• The experience could involve helping with pre-sales tasks, conducting market research, and supporting proactive management of client relationships to ensure the best use of our products in the context of the client’s investment goals, with a high level of client satisfaction.
• During the selection process, we will discuss the different business areas within Client Coverage and assess which would be most appropriate for you to join, should you be successful.

Skills and Experience / Qualifications

• Enrolled in an undergraduate qualification in a relevant degree subject (e.g., business, economics, finance).
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Intellectual curiosity and a passion for excellence.
• Entrepreneurial spirit to develop new business and navigate hurdles.
• High attention to detail and a good team player.
• Strong analytical, data-driven, and problem-solving skills; ability to break down complex issues.
• Ability to prioritise effectively and work under time constraints.
