We’re dedicated to creating a workplace that reflects the world we want to live in, and ensuring TMW is a place for everybody.

Overview & Opportunity

This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented junior to join our integrated, creative design team. If you’re passionate about your craft, curious about the industry, and eager to push your creativity, take your first steps into the world of work and join us.

From day one, you’ll be involved in real client projects, as well as contributing to TMW’s internal initiatives. As a Junior Creative, you’ll collaborate closely with our multi-disciplinary team of designers, artworkers, art directors and copywriters—learning, growing and helping to produce work that’s as strong as it can be. You’ll be part of a shared pool of designers supporting our wide range of clients.

What we’d like to see from you

  • Any experience working in an agency will be welcome (max. 2 years).

  • A varied portfolio showcasing your design capabilities and technical thought process, this can be on actual client work or personal projects. We’d like to see how you handle brands across different media such as social, digital and print.

  • Good understanding of CC, PS, Ai, Id.

  • As a basic user. You’ll be doing things like these: https://tinyurl.com/5n6e5dvy

  • Basic knowledge of Figma. Mostly to work on CRM programmes.

What will make you a success in the role

  • You have an ambitious and fearless approach to design.

  • You have a drive to progress – not just for the agency, but for yourself. You have a thirst for design and understanding programs and processes – we’d like to help with that.

  • You have great attention to detail.

  • You’re great at communicating your designs with the team.

  • You know how to work efficiently, and file hygiene is key to you.

  • Good time management is needed. You should have the ability to deliver work within the timeframe required. We’ll help you with this at the beginning.

  • You’re able to take direction, but you can also bring your own flair to go wild and take scamps to the next level. To have that creative vision and drive to push things further than the expected.

  • A proven ‘can-do’ attitude with calmness under pressure will be needed.

  • You have a good sense of humour and a positive outlook towards change.

  • You have an inclusive, modern view on local culture and the wider world.

New Frontiers

Our fast-moving, constantly evolving industry means we’re always looking to add new and diverse skills to the team. A flair for animation or an interest in 3D is a real advantage, and hands-on creative skills—such as lettering, paper craft, or photography—are equally welcome. So bring your passions along with your CV!

What you’ll do day to day

(Not all in one day)

  • Resizing, adapting or updating existing projects for different formats and platforms.

  • Supporting senior designers and art directors with concept development e.g. pitch work, integrated campaigns, etc.

  • Creating layout options, initial designs and visual mock-ups.

  • Assisting with image sourcing, editing and basic retouching.

  • Following brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all work.

  • Producing presentation decks and visuals for internal reviews or client meetings.

  • Taking on internal design tasks such as social posts, templates or event materials.

  • Organising and maintaining design files, libraries and project folders.

  • Collaborating with copywriters, designers and account teams.

  • Staying up to date with design trends, tools and software updates.

  • Staying on top of company training, policy, meetings, and communications issued.

  • Contributing to team and department life – socials, stories, questions, enquiries, software, assistance.

  • You will be asked to come to the office for certain client or departmental meetings/events.

  • You’ll be invited to brief and review meetings; you’ll need to communicate with people at all levels to ask questions about the task, client, requirements, etc.

What We’ll Give You

A thriving career with the chance to learn from passionate, talented colleagues and mentors. Exciting and varied client work with as much opportunity as you can handle. And a hugely sociable team to get to know.

Our Total Rewards consist of a competitive basic salary, annual performance bonus, opportunities to acquire equity and a wide range of health and wellbeing benefits. These include perks such as:

  • Up to 30 days of leave to spend each year plus 3 extra volunteering days per year for charitable work of choice.

  • Family-friendly and flexible working policies.

  • A range of generous Parental Leave offerings.

  • Attractive pension plan with financial wellbeing support and resources.
