The Off-Cycle Internship provides a formative experience within the Investment Management Division, offering exposure to the responsibilities and functions of a Full-time Analyst for a six-month period. The internship is designed to be engaging and dynamic, with opportunities to collaborate with a diverse group of experienced professionals. The program starts in August 2026 and lasts six months.

Placement & Duration

The Off-Cycle Internship commences in August 2026 and typically lasts six months. This placement offers on-the-job training and the chance to work on a variety of projects alongside experienced professionals.

Training Program

You will receive on-the-job training and benefit from working with experienced professionals on a range of projects.

Responsibilities

• Collecting and synthesizing financial and operating information about potential investment opportunities and industries
• Creating financial models
• Gathering market data to analyze trends and help value and price transactions
• Engaging in all aspects of due diligence and business and asset analysis
• Participating in structuring, negotiating, and documenting investments
• Drafting presentations and memoranda for a wider audience within the Firm
• Asset management of the portfolio loans; actively monitoring existing investments
• Building relationships with advisors and sponsors; sourcing new opportunities
• Participating in capital raising efforts and managing investor relations
• Participating in business development and drafting investor material

Qualifications / Skills / Requirements

• You have graduated from university and are able to commit to a full-time internship role for six months
• Strong academic background
• You are fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in additional languages is advantageous
• Passion for investing with a demonstrated interest in real estate through academic subjects, internships, or other experience
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex information quickly and accurately
• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and succinctly
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with comfort working with financial data
• Proven team player with the ability to manage a wide range of responsibilities
