This is a 10-week immersive internship where you will work on real projects, learn from experienced mentors, and gain first-hand insight into life at Deloitte—while building the skills and confidence to thrive in a fast-changing world.

Work you will do

You will be part of our Inspires Internship Program, working alongside some of the best and brightest people anywhere, on behalf of many of the world’s most influential companies. You will be at the center of it all, performing research, data analysis, and modeling to tackle complex business problems. Additionally, you will contribute directly to the development of proposals, presentations, and publications.

This program will provide exposure to a wide scope of training and development activities, enabling you to work with like-minded people and gain exposure to a variety of projects within the chosen business area. You will have the opportunity to specialize in key areas of this dynamic business unit, focusing on end-to-end Strategy & Transactions and Risk, Regulatory & Forensic services.

Strategy & Transactions

• Strategy & Business Design: Define and drive strategy-led transformation across client enterprises by applying deep industry insights (e.g., market size, competitive landscape, customer segmentation, and technological evolution) to develop corporate and business unit strategies, launch new businesses, RTM strategy, product pricing and segmentation, and AI-led business models.
• Infrastructure & Real Estate: Advise on complex infrastructure and capital projects (cities, roads, manufacturing facilities, power plants, railways, waterways). Include governance, financial, and commercial structures for major government and private projects, highlighting societal benefits to promote investments and support informed decisions across sectors and geographies.
• Valuation & Modelling: Use advanced modelling and valuation tools to unlock asset value, drive strategic decisions, mitigate risks (e.g., acquisition assessments, financial reporting, dispute resolution, portfolio valuation).
• Mergers & Acquisitions: Work with senior executives on shareholder value, inorganic growth, and portfolio rationalization—offering financial, M&A, and debt & equity advice. Apply analytics and AI to align deal strategy with corporate goals and support integrations, separations, and transformation.
• Restructuring, Turnaround & Cost Transformation: Provide advisory services to lenders, investors, owners, and management teams of underperforming and distressed businesses. Focus on cost savings, margin improvement, and customized turnaround strategies for solvent and insolvent situations.

Risk, Regulatory & Forensic

• Regulatory & Financial Risk: Provide risk transformation, data, and modeling solutions addressing complex regulatory issues. Help clients optimize compliance programs, standardize processes, and transform compliance to protect value while increasing visibility, efficiency, and confidence for the future.
• Forensic & Financial Crime: Help protect brands and communities by advising on exposure to fraud, corruption, money laundering, and other financial crimes. Support clients in disputes, regulatory concerns, and investigations using advanced forensic and eDiscovery technology and analytics.

Eligibility

• Available to start the internship on 22 June 2026 with a minimum commitment of 10 weeks.
• In your penultimate or final year with strong academic performance in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields.
