Global Insurance Solutions – US Sales Support Analyst
J.P. Morgan Asset Management has served insurers for more than 40 years. The Global Insurance Solutions (GIS) group partners with many of the largest insurers globally to design customized investment solutions spanning across asset classes to address their unique needs. GIS has grown to over 240 billion USD in general account assets under management and operates with investment professionals and industry experts across more than 20 countries.
This position reports to a US Client Advisor and supports all sales activities of five US Client Advisors in partnership with two other sales support analysts.
This role is open to individuals who have earned a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school.
Responsibilities
- Partner with client advisors, senior team members, Institutional Strategy & Analytics, and portfolio management to deliver the full value of the firm to clients and prospects
- Create and manage presentations for sales pitches across JPMAM's investment platforms
- Coordinate the Request for Proposal process with multiple teams to ensure responses reflect the full depth and breadth of investment and solution platforms
- Build and maintain internal GIS resources, sharing sales and marketing intelligence with clients
- Research trends within the insurance universe; stay informed of industry developments and regulatory changes and their implications for clients’ portfolios
- Partner with marketing on new product launches, client events, and market research communications
- Respond to client requests and manage client communications efforts
- Work closely with Institutional Strategy & Analytics to support timely client responses and build bespoke presentations addressing complex issues
- Analyze and summarize findings from large and complex data sets

Qualifications
- Candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 1–2 years in financial services, ideally in a sales support function
- General passion/interest in asset management, investing, and/or macroeconomics
- Financial analysis, project management, and other quantitative analysis experience
- Expertise with Excel
- Expertise in PowerPoint: creating and editing presentations for internal and external meetings
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong desire to learn and contribute value
- Ability to multi-task and reprioritize quickly
- Will need to obtain SIE, and Series 3, 7, and 63 licenses
- Authorization to work permanently in the U.S.
