About This Role
Audible’s Product team is a core part of our mission to unleash the power of spoken word, tell great stories, and elevate underrepresented voices. We are seeking a Product Management Intern to define and build mission-critical experiences that increase listening engagement and habituation for millions of listeners worldwide. As an intern within the Product Management team, you will contribute to multiple projects and help shape, create, and bring to market new experiences for Audible customers.
About You
- You’re a self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity – you can identify and act upon an opportunity or problem without explicit instructions and respond to changing priorities.
- You have an insatiable appetite for understanding customers and are relentless in finding solutions that meet their needs, connecting details to the big picture.
- You can multi-task and manage multiple projects with different owners efficiently.
- You are a strong analytical thinker, curious, and maintain a positive can-do attitude.
- You have experience or interest in technology and/or media sectors (audio content is a plus).
As a Product Management Intern, you will
- Collaborate with and influence product managers, engineers, QA, UX designers, and other stakeholders to achieve the product vision for customer-centric launches and improvements.
- Create plans with clear, measurable success criteria.
- Define or refine positioning, customer experience, messaging, and content strategy for products leveraging on-site experimentation and testing.
- Work with business partners to perform deep data-driven analysis to surface actionable insights.
- Partner with UX and UX Research to define good outcomes for qualitative testing, ensuring the right experience for a diverse range of cultures.
- Use quantitative and qualitative data to validate success for new functionality or to better understand user behavior and iterate toward successful tests.

Basic Qualifications
- Enrolled in a full-time MBA program in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a highly analytical field (e.g., Engineering, Math, Computer Science).
- Experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience communicating research findings and analysis in written and spoken form.
- Experience managing time efficiently, meeting personal goals, and collaborating with internal, partner, and customer teams.
- Experience analyzing data to inform business decisions.
- Experience working in a fast-moving consumer business.
- Experience with digital technologies, consumer products, media, and e-commerce.
- Experience with problem solving and disruptive innovation, developing technology programs, and working across customer organizations.

The starting pay for this position is listed below. Final starting pay will be based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
