As a member of our IT Services Organization, you will have an opportunity to make a valuable contribution to that goal supporting internal employees.

Responsibilities

  • Provide on-premises technical support for internal employees, including PC hardware, software, and internal tooling.
  • Utilize the internal ticketing system to communicate with customers and track issues.
  • Prepare hardware for new hires and manage IT asset inventory.

Basic Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience troubleshooting in a multi-user, high-availability environment.
  • Experience in PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment, and liquidation.
  • Experience in IT client, server, and network service delivery.
  • Experience with networking technologies (TCP/IP, subnetting, DNS, DHCP).
  • Experience supporting Windows, Mac, and/or Linux operating systems in a corporate setting.
  • Experience working with Windows Server technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in networking.
  • Experience supporting video conference and teleconference equipment.
