The Trading Assistant will support daily trading activity by partnering closely with traders to ensure timely and accurate execution, booking, and lifecycle management of trades. This role plays a critical part in facilitating smooth desk operations and managing post-trade processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support traders with trade execution, booking, confirmations, and amendments
• Monitor and resolve trade breaks and operational issues in coordination with Operations, Risk, and Technology
• Assist with position management, P&L inquiries, and end-of-day processes
• Ensure adherence to regulatory, compliance, and internal control requirements
• Provide general desk support, including reporting and ad hoc analysis

Qualifications

• 0-3 years of experience in a trading assistant, sales assistant, or markets support role
• Strong understanding of trade lifecycle and market products relevant to the desk
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills and ability to partner effectively with traders and infrastructure teams

Pay range

$38.46 - $45.70 hourly pay, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
