EYIA advises clients on finance, funding, strategy, procurement and public-private partnerships (PPPs) for large-scale infrastructure projects. Our work spans transportation, public buildings/campuses, renewable power, water and other utilities, communications, resiliency/flood prevention, and other essential infrastructure. EYIA and its professionals are registered with the SEC and MSRB to serve as municipal advisors when we advise state and local government clients. Your key responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to advance large-scale infrastructure and other projects.
- Perform research, financial analysis and modeling.
- Demonstrate an understanding of capital project/program funding, financing and delivery mechanisms at local, state and national levels to support project analysis.
- Provide project and program management assistance to clients and project teams on large projects.
- Participate in developing strategy, financial, project delivery, business planning, funding, procurement and/or policy analysis and recommendations for clients.
- Participate in meetings with assigned clients and interested third parties.
- Contribute to writing and developing key work products, including briefing memoranda, notes, reports, presentations and financial analysis.
- Assist with market tracking, research, business development, proposal writing and creation of marketing materials.
- Develop and mentor team members at the staff and intern levels.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of related work experience, or a graduate degree with 1–2 years of related work experience.
- Proven quantitative analytical capabilities.
- Outstanding critical thinking, communication, writing and organizational skills.
- Intellectually curious with a strong desire to develop professionally in the infrastructure finance and policy sector.
- You must reside in or be within commutable distance to your office location.
- The ability and willingness to travel and work beyond standard hours when necessary; travel may be required beyond the work location based on client and project needs.
Ideally you will have
- Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to solve unstructured problems.
- Excellent communication, writing and organizational abilities.
- Intellectual curiosity with a focus on professional development in infrastructure finance and policy.
- Knowledge of how to leverage AI tools in a business setting, including Microsoft Copilot.

We provide a comprehensive compensation and benefits package, with base salaries ranging from $98,900 to $181,400 across all US locations. For the New York City Metro Area, Washington State, and California (excluding Sacramento), the range is $118,800 to $206,100. Individual salaries are determined by factors including education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. Our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. We expect most people in external, client-serving roles to work in person 40–60% of the time over a project or year.
Under our flexible vacation policy, you’ll decide how much time off you need based on your personal circumstances. You’ll also be granted time off for EY paid holidays, winter/summer breaks, personal/family care, and other leaves of absence when needed to support well-being.
