Your Role

• Manage a cost-effective manufacturing process procedure in wafer fabrication by providing operations support to the production line to achieve the organization’s targeted manufacturing index. Take full ownership of all operational issues of the assigned process.
• Maintain and support day-to-day manufacturing activities through real-time problem analysis and solution implementation.
• Ensure smooth process flow with high quality, high yield, and low cost by collaborating with Maintenance Specialists, Production Supervisors, and Shift Engineers to achieve targets.
• Maintain, manage, and improve department quality KPIs (wafer scrap, defectivity, SPC, FDC, non-conformance lot, excursions, etc.).
• Carry out quality tasks and support Process Engineer improvements and job efficiency.
• Manage quality tasks without guidance—On-Time execution and data entry; escalate to Process Engineer for any abnormal results or deteriorating trends.
• Follow up on lots on hold based on OCAP.
• Execute SWR / DOE / Trial R&D lots.
• Manage Engineering Qualification and Evaluation.
• Execute and compile key measurement index reports (eSTAR, defect median, equipment downtime trends, etc.).
• Able to troubleshoot OOC/OOS.
• Able to perform recipe alignment between system and MADCS.
• Able to perform process fine tuning in OOC.
• Able to carry out 80% of a Process Engineer’s tasks.
• Comply with the company’s security policy by adhering to access privileges and control structures; recognize security incidents and report violations; complete annual security training and eQuiz; support or participate in periodic audits as needed.
• Handle projects, duties, or assignments as part of job responsibilities or development plans.
• Conduct real-time problem analysis on equipment failures, alarms, and SPC violations; determine solutions through coordination with involved parties and past cases; implement corrective actions using OCAP procedures; develop user-friendly tools and clear procedures.
• Report inline investigations to relevant owners with full details; respond to Lots on Hold and disposition lots in real time to prevent reoccurrence.
• Support training of operators through specification documentation, training materials, and OJT trainer training.

Your Skills & Experiences

• Foreign Diploma, Degree or equivalent
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Background in Electronics/Computer/Technical/Mechanical disciplines
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Leadership and coaching abilities
