Corporate Access, 12 months FTC, Singapore

About the Role

We are looking for a Corporate Access – Consultant to join the Jefferies Corporate Access efforts in Singapore. This person will be responsible for organizing investor-targeted events. This hands-on role will require the successful applicant to take ownership of day-to-day coordination and management, working closely with research, sales, and trading teams. The role will initially be a 12-month direct contract and has potential to convert or extend beyond the initial 12 months due to continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate conferences, corporate marketing roadshows, sector-specific investor tours, themed access days, bespoke trips/meetings, and expert events.
• Create marketing materials for Corporate Access events to be distributed to Research, Sales, and Institutional Investors.
• Ensure accuracy of client meeting logs.
• Establish corporate and investor client relationships.
• Create and manage event budgets.

Qualifications

• Experience in Corporate Access and/or event planning and/or working with a sales organization.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task; attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS Outlook.
• Comfortable with ad-hoc or routinely shifting demands; able to function in a fast-paced environment and handle ambiguity.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
• Team-oriented; demonstrates respect, ability, and willingness to collaborate with teammates to ensure appropriate support and coverage.
