Senior Associate, Data Analytics

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement high-quality business intelligence (BI) and analytics solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and business processes.
• Utilize multidimensional data modeling and data warehousing techniques to support advanced data analytics and reporting.
• Perform ETL by writing and optimizing complex queries in SQL.
• Develop and deploy prescriptive and predictive analytics solutions using Alteryx, Python, or R to identify process improvements, mitigate risk, and enhance operational efficiency.
• Create and manage interactive data visualizations and dashboards using BI tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
• Gather and document business requirements, create specifications for BI solutions, and ensure full testing traceability to align with stakeholder needs.
• Manage project prioritization and stakeholder engagement to ensure timely delivery of analytics solutions that align with established business goals.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Master’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Computer Engineering, Data Science, Data Analytics, Integrated Marketing, or a related field with one (1) year of experience in the offered role or a related role; OR Bachelor’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in the same fields with three (3) years of experience in the offered role or a related role.
• Experience must include:
  • Working with BI and analytics tools.
  • Working with Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes.
  • Structured Query Language (SQL).
  • Alteryx, Python, or R.
  • Data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

Salary

Annual base salary for this New York, New York-based position is $152,000.
