Overview
As a Relationship Coordinator, you will support one or more bankers in maintaining key client relationships and revenue streams. You will be the primary day-to-day contact for clients, acting as a liaison between clients, bankers, and operations staff. You will respond to client inquiries in a timely and accurate manner, interact directly with clients and prospects, field inquiries, conduct research, prepare presentations, and execute special requests. You will have a broad knowledge of Private Wealth Management products and services and be able to research account transactions to resolve discrepancies and provide documentation on client activities.

What You’ll Do
- Responsible for new client adoptions for international and domestic clients (Know Your Client – KYC, account opening) and drive Event Driven Reviews; regularly review KYCs to completion
- Facilitate client-directed transactions (e.g., account closures, maintenance) and organize and maintain files, correspondence, and records in accordance with policy
- Provide back-up coverage when bankers are unavailable; deliver timely and accurate follow-up for assigned projects; act as primary contact for clients; handle issues proactively and prepare customized reports as needed
- Support assigned bankers in the acquisition of new clients and revenue streams
Skills You’ll Need
- Undergraduate degree; bachelor’s degree in a finance-related field preferred
- Experience in a related field is a plus
- Ability to interact effectively with clients, managers, and peers

Expectations
The Bank expects employees in this role to work in the New York, NY office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in New York City is $80,000 – $100,000. Actual salaries may be based on factors including skill set, experience, education, location, and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other remuneration.
