Application Specialist. You will play a key role in delivering a personalised and seamless application journey for new Partners and Financial Advisers joining St. James’s Place. You’ll work closely with team members across Recruitment, Regulatory Authorisations, and wider Operations, ensuring every recruit receives clear guidance, timely support and a positive onboarding experience. This is a people-centred role where your attention to detail, organisation, and ability to build strong relationships will directly influence the success of new Partners and Advisers.

Key Responsibilities
- Proactively ensure Partners and Advisers have the information they require during their application journey.
- Conduct personalised application meetings via phone, Teams and Zoom to gather information and data to successfully submit applications on behalf of the partnerships.
- Provide tailored operational and administrative support to Partners and Advisers regarding operational issues or requests during the application process.
- Ensure all information is collected and updated in our CRM platform, Salesforce.
- Coordinate with wider teams to ensure they can most effectively support the application through the onboarding journey.
- Coordinate with teams outside of Recruitment to ensure Partners and Advisers have a seamless experience.
Essential Criteria
- Strong interpersonal skills with the confidence to ask probing questions and build effective relationships.
- Excellent organisational ability, able to prioritise multiple tasks, work to timescales, and keep accurate records.
- Strong attention to detail with high-quality written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence to identify potential issues or risks through questioning and verifying information.
Desirable Criteria
- Experience working in recruitment operations or onboarding.
- Experience supporting individuals in a regulated environment.
- Experience using Salesforce, DocuSign and Microsoft Office.
