T&L: Associate - International Tax

Work you'll do

• Provide International Tax (IT) advisory services to an interesting mix of corporate clients across industries.
• Advise on local and international corporate tax issues, including cross-border restructuring, tax treaties, withholding tax, permanent establishment issues, BEPS 2.0 Pillar Two matters, tax due diligence, acquisition tax structuring, post-acquisition restructuring, and draft tax advisory memos or reports.

Experience & Qualifications

• At least 1 year of corporate tax experience, preferably with an international accounting or law firm. Experience in a tax advisory role is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Law or other business-related field, with a Professional Qualification recognized by ISCA. An SCTP accreditation would be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and writing skills with a passion to learn.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines, deliver quality work, and collaborate with multiple team leaders.
