Location: New York, NY

The Global Banking division provides sophisticated and diversified expertise in financing, cash management and financial advisory services for our clients. We combine global expertise with local presence to align the complex needs of multinational clients. The Transaction Banking division offers solutions to improve and optimize working capital for financial institutions and corporate clients worldwide. It encompasses five businesses addressing core client needs:

• Global Trade Solutions: services and tailored solutions to mitigate risk in trade transactions, financing options, and working capital optimization (Traditional Trade and Working Capital optimization).
• Corporate Treasury, Liquidity & Investment Advisory (CTLIA): Investment, Cash Management & Channel solutions for the Americas; advising clients to optimize liquidity structures while funding BNP Paribas’ balance sheet.
• International Cash Management: solutions to manage and optimize client cash flows and liquidity worldwide via BNP Paribas’ global network.
• Transaction Solutions for Banks: supports BNP Paribas’ global network and provides third-party financial institutions with services for domestic and international payment and trade needs.

• All majors accepted
• Excel skills preferred
• High level of interest and passion to learn about various business lines and activities within Transaction Banking, with potential for continued placement within BNP Paribas

• Engage in an initial induction training to help you succeed and network with your intern class across all divisions
• Complete technical projects and collaborate with colleagues across the Bank to gain exposure to real work and identify your strengths and interests
• Participate in a summer senior speaker series to gain a comprehensive understanding of financial markets
• Network with colleagues and learn about the industry, life at BNP Paribas, and participate in philanthropy and social events

Compensation

The base salary for this position in New York is $90,000 annually.
