2026 APAC Graduate Programme – Securities Services – Singapore

Our two-year graduate programme provides first-class training and immediate responsibility, with support and development to start a successful career in financial services.

Program Eligibility & Details

  • For: Final year students or recent graduates with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university
  • Duration: 24 months
  • Start date: July 2026
  • Location: Singapore

What You Will Do

CAO, CoS and Client Lines – Graduate Analyst

  • Provide central support to the Chief of Staff (CoS) and Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) and Client Lines, including Strategy and People agendas
  • Work with the CoS and CAO to manage:
    • Gather market input from Location Sales Heads; operational inputs from Product and Operations teams
    • Prepare materials for monthly location updates and management reporting
    • Organize location Town Halls and events
  • Drive Operational KPIs and develop a dashboard; synthesize insights to support project reviews
  • Provide value-added governance and control support to assess and mitigate operational risks
  • Analyze metrics to strategize workplace culture initiatives; drive campaigns to support People’s agenda
  • Maintain global dashboards weekly and monthly; consolidate key metrics for Client Lines and global product insights
  • Design and maintain new Power BI dashboards based on business needs
  • Conduct market research and present findings for global and regional updates
  • Act as a central coordination point across Asia Client Lines to track product updates and risks
  • Maintain timelines, ensure timely follow-ups and risk mitigation
  • Support administrative tasks for Client Lines management

Client Delivery – Business Implementation Change Management, Billing & Transformation Office – Graduate Analyst

  • Manage end-to-end onboarding and change requests from initiation to go-live
  • Coordinate transition activities for existing clients (fund launches, terminations, restructurings, etc.)
  • Coordinate account and market opening forms between clients and network teams
  • Deepen relationships with stakeholders and proactively manage issues related to requirements, deliverables, and deadlines
  • Assist in establishing project governance with internal units for coordination, planning, and tracking
  • Support regular strategic client meetings; document onboarding and transition timelines, deliverables, requirements, dependencies and track to closure
  • Assist in completing documentation for implementation sign-off, audit and control
  • Collaborate with Internal stakeholders (Client Delivery, Client Development, Sales, Relationship Managers) to manage pipeline, resourcing, and handovers
  • Support business billing lifecycle activities
  • Support transversal and local projects aligned with Singapore Management Committee priorities across Securities Services
  • Provide support for client queries and produce client reports, investment performance and risk analytics
  • Assist in day-to-day fund administration operations and review NAVs (daily, weekly, monthly)

Private Capital – Graduate Analyst

  • Assist the team in delivering client onboarding, transitions, and participate in business change and improvement projects
  • Support the Operations team with middle-office loan administration or fund administration tasks (client accounts, NAV calculations, reporting, statements, audits, deliverables, research, testing) in line with internal controls and risk framework
  • Assist the Change Management team in executing improvement initiatives (automation and process documentation)
  • Assist Product & Solutions in enhancing internal tools to accommodate fund structures across locations
  • Gain experience in fund services for Private Market asset classes in APAC and contribute lasting improvements to the team
