Role Description
The Performance Analyst works within NCRAM’s Operations team. This position provides overall reporting for NCRAM and its Client accounts. This position will report to the Supervisor in the Performance Team. All duties will be performed in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Produce and release daily reports, reviewing and validating daily performance for all portfolios and composites under management.
- Perform month-end activities to facilitate finalization of monthly performance and attribution, including the production of standard and customized client reports.
- Review and understand the various return calculation methodologies to analyze and spot discrepancies.
- Track changes and maintain composites as per the GIPS policy and procedures.
- Perform account vs. benchmark analysis to ensure reasonableness of the returns produced.
- Handle inquiries from internal and external stakeholders on performance, attribution, and risk statistics.
- Collaborate with Portfolio Administration, Client Services, and Product Development to provide necessary information for marketing materials, DDQs, and RFPs.
- Work with Risk team to ensure data and analysis consistency across the business.
Qualifications
- Recent college graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and a GPA of 3.0 or better.
- Excellent computer skills and attention to detail.
- Motivated and eager to work in an asset management environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of return calculation methodologies, portfolio risk statistics, and GIPS is helpful.
- Ability to multi-task, work in a team and independently with minimal supervision, and prioritize assignments to meet deadlines.
- Strong ability to develop effective working relationships with product development and articulate clear recommendations.
- Proven capability to analyze complex data, evaluate information, and draw logical conclusions.
- Excellent telephone, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to handle ad-hoc requests in a timely manner.

Compensation & Benefits
* Base pay offered may vary depending on factors such as market location, title and duties, knowledge, advanced degrees, skills, and experience.
