Role Description

The Trade Support Analyst works within NCRAM’s High Yield Operations Group. This position provides overall trade support to the High Yield investment team. It reports to the Supervisor in High Yield Operations. All duties are performed in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Provide overall support to the High Yield Operations and Investment Teams
  • Interact and communicate with custodian banks, brokers, and middle/back trade support offices
  • Monitor and resolve settlement issues and failed trades between the broker’s back-office and custodians in a timely manner
  • Confirm trade details in Omgeo CTM, Bloomberg, and email
  • Book trades accurately with PM allocation instructions and in compliance with accounts’ guidelines
  • Facilitate communication between front and back offices
  • Prepare reports and handle ad-hoc requests for Operations Team and PMs
  • Be responsible for monthly and weekly pricing tasks

Qualifications

  • Recent college graduate or with <1 year of trade support experience
  • Solid computer skills and detail oriented
  • Motivated and eager to work in an asset management environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; GPA: 3.0 or higher
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Excellent telephone, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Compensation & Benefits

* Base pay offered may vary depending on factors such as market location, corporate and functional title and duties, job-related knowledge and advanced degrees, skills, and experience. The total compensation package may include a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, discretionary awards, and a full range of benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave).
