Job Description

Sia Partners is seeking talented and enthusiastic Junior Consultants who will work alongside leadership to build and develop data analytics and operational efficiencies for our clients. As a Junior Consultant, you will play an integral role in the successful completion of client delivery and may work independently or on a team, as well as under the direction of a Senior Consultant or Manager. Each Consultant has a primary Business Unit designation aligned with their skills, experience, training, and/or certifications. Junior Consultant candidates should be passionate about one of the following areas in addition to having 0–2 years of complementary internship or professional experience. Candidates must be local to one of our Sia US Locations: New York, Baltimore-DC, Charlotte, Chicago, Houston, Denver, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Seattle, Atlanta, or Philadelphia (with the exception of Data Science candidates).

Responsibilities

  • Support client delivery throughout the project lifecycle, including current state documentation, gap analysis, requirements gathering, future state design, and implementation across organizational, process, technology, and data dimensions.
  • Define project strategy, goals, and deliverables.
  • Conduct effective meetings and interviews.
  • Communicate project status updates to key stakeholders.

Qualifications

Project Management

  • Support client delivery throughout the project lifecycle including current state documentation, gap analysis, requirements gathering, future state design, and implementation across the organizational, process, technology, and data dimensions.
  • Define project strategy, goals, and deliverables.
  • Conduct effective meetings and interviews.
  • Communicate project status updates to key stakeholders.

Business Analysis

  • Understand and interpret business requirements to report findings and suggest creative solutions to client problems.
  • Conduct research and analysis.

Data Analysis

  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
  • Conduct industry research to identify process improvement and growth opportunities within existing business and new markets.

Internal Life

  • Contribute to the development of Sia Partners Intellectual Property.
  • Assist with drafting business proposals and other client materials.

Transversal Skills

  • Adept at synthesizing input from varied domains to generate fresh, new ideas.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited college or university is required.
  • Required for Data Science and Data positions: coding and/or technical experience with languages (SQL, Python, R, HTML, JavaScript, etc.) and tools (Data Visualization - Power BI / Tableau / R-Shiny; Robotic Process Automation “RPA” – Pega/Automation Anywhere, etc.).

Additional Information

Compensation for this role ranges from $67,000 to $84,000 per year depending on experience and location.
