Job Description

We challenge where it matters and own the outcome. We combine strategic thinking, customer-centric service design, and agile engineering practices to accelerate innovation in a tech-driven world.

Why consider joining our Digital & Data community?

  • Join our Digital & Data team working alongside product, design and a wide range of other experts and cross-disciplinary teams to bring ideas to life through innovative software solutions.
  • Grow a flexible and unique career within a trust-based, inclusive environment that values excellence, innovation, and curiosity. You have the option to progress on a technical career track; partnership track is not required if it doesn’t align with your goals.
  • Hybrid working – in the office or on client site a minimum of 2 days per week.
  • Work on a broad variety of projects and tech stacks for clients across seven sectors.
  • Join other experts within our supportive and collaborative tech community through knowledge-sharing, coaching and mentoring.
  • Deepen your expertise through a culture of learning and growth – budget for courses (technical and non-technical) and certifications.

What you’ll do

As a Business Analyst, you’ll help to develop experience strategies and drive product excellence for our clients. You will gather and analyse data and insights to define future customer experiences and product features, ensuring they align with user needs and business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, bridging the gap between user/business requirements and development teams, promoting agile best practices, and fostering a collaborative environment. Your analytical skills, attention to detail, and teamwork will be key assets. If you are proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about customer experience and product excellence, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Work across a variety of consulting roles including business analysis and strategy development.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather, document, and refine business and technical requirements. Define problems, articulate opportunities, and shape clear solutions aligned with client objectives.
  • Support the design of as-is and to-be processes by mapping user journeys, analysing pain points, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Conduct market and user research using interviews, workshops, and surveys to extract actionable insights and facilitate alignment. Assist with competitor analysis and trend identification.
  • Translate high-level business needs into detailed user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and technical feasibility.
  • Ensure requirements are testable and traceable to the solution and business value delivered.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, backlog refinements, sprint reviews) and ensure work aligns with project vision and roadmap.
  • Use frameworks and tools such as SWOT analysis, prioritisation matrices, Jira, and Miro to structure work and communicate ideas effectively.
  • Support qualitative and quantitative analysis to uncover insights and inform decisions throughout the product lifecycle, including Discovery, Design, and Continuous Improvement phases.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Strategists, Engineering teams, and other stakeholders to manage product backlogs and ensure deliverables meet user and business needs.
  • Contribute to business development efforts, including proposals, bid content, and account management activities.
  • Opportunity to work across diverse industries and develop your consulting and technical toolkit, advancing toward roles such as senior BA practitioner or Product/Experience lead.
