What You Will Do

Accenture’s Youth Apprenticeship Program is a part-time, two-year “earn and learn” program that provides structured learning and on-the-job training to build skills and prepare students to be work-ready after high school. Students split time between the high school classroom and Accenture workplace, working 4 hours each day, 4 days a week.

As a Youth Apprentice, you will be aligned to Accenture Technology, which delivers services and solutions that power clients’ businesses and help solve their biggest problems. You will grow your career and capabilities with a leading technology organization, join a diverse and inclusive team, gain exposure to stimulating work and technologies, collaborate with inspirational colleagues and leaders, and access world-class learning. At the end of the two-year program, youth apprentices can apply to Accenture’s post-high school apprenticeship program—typically a year-long, full-time program that prepares apprentices for career paths that historically required a bachelor’s degree. Apprentices in the post-high school program fill in-demand technology roles in areas such as Cybersecurity, Digital, Data Analytics and Cloud Migration.
