The Change Management and Training Associate will support the Firmwide Generative AI team’s mission to drive adoption and literacy of generative AI technologies across the organization. This role is ideal for a motivated individual passionate about education, change management, and digital transformation. The team deploys advanced systems using generative artificial intelligence to optimize business processes, oversees governance and control measures to ensure ethical and responsible use of AI technologies, and fosters a culture of continuous learning and AI education across departments.
Role and Responsibilities
What you’ll do in the role:
- Training Development and Delivery
- Assist in designing and implementing training programs and content tailored to diverse roles and business units, ensuring employees are equipped to utilize GenAI tools effectively.
- Support the development and maintenance of digital learning environments, optimizing content management workflows for scalable training delivery.
- Keep training content current by integrating the latest GenAI advancements.
- Work with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of content.
- Change Management & Transformation
- Support change management strategies to drive GenAI adoption, addressing barriers such as resistance or lack of understanding through targeted communication and engagement.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning, encouraging employees to embrace new capabilities.
- Performance Measurement and Optimization
- Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of training and change initiatives.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying areas for optimization and reporting on program impact.
- Communication Strategy
- Partner with corporate and business unit communications to execute internal communication plans, keeping the organization informed about training opportunities and program updates.
- Stakeholder Management
- Build relationships with key stakeholders, communicating program goals and outcomes.
- Support alignment across diverse groups to achieve GenAI objectives.
- Risk Management
- Ensure training initiatives comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical guidelines.
- Understand and communicate common Generative AI risks (e.g., hallucinations, bias, data privacy concerns) to users, and identify potential pitfalls users may encounter.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Experience in learning and development, with a focus on training program design and delivery.
- Exposure to organizational change management and transformation initiatives.
- Understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, especially GenAI technologies.
- Strong writing and content creation skills.
- Analytical skills for tracking KPIs and reporting on program effectiveness.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience in highly regulated industries (e.g., financial services) is a plus.

Compensation
Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $90,000 and $150,000 per year at the start. Base pay is determined on an individualized basis and is part of the total compensation package, which may include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short- and long-term incentive programs, and other Morgan Stanley-sponsored benefits.
