Position

Talent Acquisition Intern

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment team across the end-to-end hiring process. This role offers hands-on exposure to talent sourcing, candidate engagement, interview coordination, and employer branding initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the recruitment team with end-to-end hiring activities for experienced hires
  • Assist in sourcing candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate shortlisting
  • Coordinate interviews and manage interview logistics
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system/shared tracking file
  • Prepare recruitment reports and support ad-hoc TA projects
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Requirements

  • Undergraduate or postgraduate student in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
  • Interest in talent acquisition and human resources

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior internship or project experience in HR or recruitment
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or ATS platforms (an advantage but not required)
