Role Overview

As an HR Associate, you will deliver efficient and accurate HR support across various HR service lines. This includes managing staff re-appointments, posting job advertisements on portals, generating employment certificates, and issuing staff identification cards. The role requires strong attention to detail, a client-focused mindset, and the ability to support operational efficiency while meeting stakeholder needs.

Responsibilities

  • Process job postings for the client’s workforce.
  • Process high volumes of staff re-appointments in accordance with the client’s internal policies and processes.
  • Generate employment certificates and respond promptly to staff inquiries.
  • Generate and issue staff identification cards.
  • Provide support for other HR-related tasks as required.
  • Ensure HR services are delivered in accordance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) while maintaining high standards of accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
  • Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all applicable regulations and laws.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in Human Resources. Prior experience in an educational, academic, or research environment is an added advantage.
  • Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices and employment legislation.
  • Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks and manage high-volume transactional work independently.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (particularly Excel); familiarity with HR Information Systems (HRIS) is an advantage.
  • Prior experience with SAP and familiarity with Macros is an added advantage.
