Role
Talent Acquisition Coordinator Intern
Responsibilities
- Own the general recruitment team mailbox, schedule interviews, and provide exceptional and timely responses and candidate experience.
- Facilitate the talent acquisition process from requisition through to offer generation via recruiting systems.
- Coordinate the offer and closing process for successful candidates.
- Use the recruitment tracking system for data entry, event management, and reporting in a timely and accurate manner.
- Support and participate in the team’s recruiting initiatives and projects.
- Maintain a collaborative working relationship with Campus and Experienced Hires and Graduate recruiters in the Singapore firm.
- Work closely with recruiters to source candidates across various platforms.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or relevant courses.
- Highly motivated, enthusiastic, confident, and creative.
- Strong co-curricular activities record.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Service-oriented with a commitment to teamwork and excellence.
