Job Summary
You will be evaluated for either the Associate Engineer (Equipment Engineering) or Associate Engineer (Process Engineering) role based on your relevant experience and qualifications. Both positions require working 12-hour rotating shifts to support silicon wafer manufacturing, ensuring sustained process integrity and equipment readiness for production.

Equipment Engineers
Equipment Engineers are responsible for maintaining and supporting high equipment readiness by independently or under direction performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades to minimize downtime, executing ongoing maintenance and tool support activities, monitoring and analyzing technical charts, driving equipment improvement plans and projects, and ensuring strict adherence to safety practices while maintaining proper custody and care of tools, equipment, and related assets.
Process Engineers
Process Engineers perform comprehensive semiconductor process engineering with a focus on SPC/ESP C analysis, yield and variation reduction, and quality system execution. Responsibilities include analysis of SPC charts and OOC using SPACE, understanding PR rules, Cp/Cpk, DOE, split-lot, ET and yield analysis using JMP and Klarity ACE, creation and maintenance of SPC charts, DCOPs, SLDB and recipe compliance (PROMIS, RMS), and driving quality processes such as PCRB, MRB, 8D, ECN and TS16949 compliance. They also involve starting up and qualifying new processes and equipment, performing R&R studies, resolving complex module and integration issues, leading improvement projects to reduce OOC and improve Cpk, collaborating closely with Equipment and Manufacturing engineers to meet uptime and OEE goals, driving cross-functional yield and excursion task teams, benchmarking best practices across fabs, and coaching and mentoring junior engineers to strengthen troubleshooting, decision-making, and risk assessment capabilities. Required Qualifications
- Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics and Microelectronics Engineering
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred
- Good team player
