Epi Fab Assistant

Job Description

Epitaxy Fab Assistant: Performs Epi wafer growth operations by loading/unloading wafers into reactors; performs tool change and cleaning. Operates support tools and handles chemicals for support and testing processes. Able to support Total Productive Maintenance program to initiate improvement suggestions and escalate issues; and skill up to understand simple maintenance tasks in tool changeover.
