We are building a new generation of phone retail stores that combine the convenience of online marketplaces with the trust of physical stores.

What You’ll Do

• Retail Sales: Assist customers in choosing smartphones and accessories; Recommend devices based on budget and needs; Process payments via POS and EDC systems
• Trade-In Services: Assist customers who want to sell or trade-in their phones; Perform quick device inspections; Process buyback transactions
• Customer Experience: Provide friendly and honest advice to customers; Ensure customers have a smooth and transparent experience
• Store Presence: Maintain a clean and attractive sales floor; Ensure devices and pricing displays are accurate
• Social Engagement: Create short daily posts on TikTok or Instagram; Promote store deals and new arrivals

Who We’re Looking For

You may be a good fit if you have experience in:

• Mobile phone retail
• Telco shops
• Electronics stores
• Gadget sales

Ideal candidates:

• Enjoy interacting with customers
• Have strong interest in smartphones and gadgets
• Are motivated by sales commissions

Work Schedule

5 days per week
11:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Rotational off days (including weekends)

Qualifications

• Proven experience of at least 1 year in a sales, retail, or operational environment
• Strong sales aptitude with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) is required to communicate effectively with the Chinese-speaking customer base in most retail locations
• Exceptional attention to detail for accurate product testing, quality checking, and record-keeping
• Ability to efficiently organize stock, label items, and pack orders properly
• Flexible, proactive, and comfortable with frequent rotation between the retail store locations and the warehouse/processing area
