Job Description

Performs wafer fabrication functions in the production of semiconductor devices. Operates equipment in the CVD module. Performs equipment set-up and calibration, and may perform routine preventive maintenance tasks.

• Performs 12-hour shifts to support the running of Production in the Module and ensures equipment readiness and uptime for production (300mm fab).
• Performs scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) and calibration on a timely basis.
• Assists engineers in the installation and hook-up of new equipment.
• Troubleshoots equipment-related issues and minimizes equipment downtime. Assists in implementing equipment improvement projects.
• Participates in Quality Improvement Team programs to improve productivity and output quality of the Module; continuously monitors and provides feedback to Engineers to improve equipment performance to meet Module objectives.
• Maintains good housekeeping in the production area, adheres to safety practices, and safeguards tools, equipment, and other properties belonging to the Module.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics / Mechanical / Microelectronics Engineering.
• 1 year of experience in a semiconductor equipment role is preferred.
• Ability to perform 12-hour rotating shifts.
