Job Description

Responsibilities

• Learn, participate and contribute to feasibility studies and technical due diligence for properties' acquisition and asset enhancement projects.
• Conduct research and create a database of regulations and requirements in different countries for design and asset enhancement of various property types.
• Digitalise current processes to reduce steps and time required to generate proposals and enable sharing and use across countries.

Learning Outcomes

• Exposure to feasibility studies and technical due diligence processes, and the full project management lifecycle—initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control, closure—and an understanding of different country regulations.

Job Requirements

• Desire to learn, creative, logical thinking, problem solving, resourceful, team player and respectful.
• Proficient in using the internet for research and ability to validate data.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel functions and formulas.
