Introduction

Perform shift duties to support CIM systems for operations, including first-line CIM recovery according to SOP, and escalate to Level 2 CIM engineers when appropriate.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor CIM system and server performance and support other IT-related issues
• Assist CIM engineers with CIM linkups to the tools
• Setup, install, and administer terminal servers, Fab PCs, and other CIM-related equipment
• Conduct regular audits of Fab PCs and CIM hardware to meet cleanroom audit standards
• Assist CIM engineers to conduct Acceptance Testing for CIM enhancements
• Perform routine account request creation and maintenance

Other Responsibilities

Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma in Electronics Engineering / IT
• At least 1 year of related field experience
• Working knowledge in supporting systems for Wafer Fab is an advantage
• Basic understanding of C programming, Oracle SQL, Java programming, Visual Basic .NET, and Unix shell scripting is a plus
