Description
Job Summary: This role is responsible for analyzing and interpreting schematics, printouts, and specifications to assess the functionality of various functional domains. The role involves regular maintenance and optimization of equipment, proactive troubleshooting of complex system issues, and participation in debugging and troubleshooting activities for both new and existing products and systems. The role includes providing assistance for the development of new test programs and procedures and ensuring the calibration and validation of testing instruments.
Responsibilities
- Analyzes and comprehends schematics, printouts, and specifications to assess the operational status of functional domains.
- Maintains and optimizes a wide range of equipment daily, proactively enhancing functionality and preventing potential issues.
- Assists in troubleshooting complex system operational issues, identifying root causes, and implementing effective solutions.
- Participates with engineers in debugging and troubleshooting new and existing products and systems.
- Assists in developing new test programs and procedures to accommodate emerging technologies.
- Maintains regular calibration and validation of testing instruments.
- Ensures customer satisfaction by meeting needs and delivering assignments on time, actively engaging in project meetings.
- Acquires job skills and completes routine assignments, adhering to guidelines and ensuring confidentiality in all company data dealings.
- Assists in implementing new processes, supports department-level operational plans, and shares technical information with colleagues and clients.
- Solves defined problems using established procedures and delivers basic technical, administrative, or operative tasks under direct instruction and close supervision.
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma/GED/Higher Secondary education or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
- Typically 0-2 years of work experience, preferably in equipment operation and troubleshooting or a related field.
