Programme Details

As a Summer Analyst you will be placed within a key area of our Wealth Management Europe Digital & Innovation Team, working on business opportunities using innovative technologies. You will gain exposure to the operations of a major international bank and receive hands-on experience to kick-start your career. Projects may include:

• Using design thinking to explore real business problems and understand how design supports digital strategy to create meaningful improvements
• Uncovering user needs through research, insight synthesis and journey mapping across digital wealth management experiences
• Collaborating with designers, product managers and tech teams to shape ideas into clear user flows and design concepts
• Gaining hands-on experience with the end-to-end digital design process, from early concepts and experimentation through delivery and iteration

Training and Development

You will be supported and developed throughout the programme through:

• Classroom-based training covering commercial and industry knowledge
• Speaker Series with cross-division information sessions delivered by leading market professionals
